Up to 85°C

Industrial pasteurization is a thermal process that is applied to certain food products in order to eliminate the risks associated with the presence of bacteria or other potentially harmful microorganisms.

ME Food Solutions pasteurization machine maintains constant and proportional distribution of temperature, humidity in the pasteurization cell using various systems. The system also takes into account the type of product packaging.

The entire environment inside the installation will be created in order to maintain a specific temperature and specific time for particular products.

All transport systems provided with DLSNS belt operate quietly even at high temperatures. Transport systems also provide the product with a certain residence time that is necessary for processing. All parameters are controlled using the HMI interface.

ME Food Solutions food pasteurization systems are suitable for both low pasteurization (60-65 ° C for 30 minutes) and high pasteurization (75-85 ° C for 2-3 minutes) and fast pasteurization (75-85 ° C for 15-20 seconds).
