ME Food Solutions guarantees safe transportation through the special flexibility of the DLSNS belt design. This design flexibility allows to create all kinds of combinations with any machines at temperatures from -40 to 200 °C.
Transport conveyors can be fixed to the floor or ceiling. They are also similar for all types of product: single or bulk, in package or without.
The conveyor belt has different configurations such as the base with a techno polymer mesh or a stainless steel mesh AISI 304. For special needs double or modular canvas is used.
The efficiency of ME Food Solutions transportation solutions comes from by-pass systems that allow to lift, descend and split product onto a belt using the DLC Lifter conveyor. The individual kinematic design allows customers to structure entire production lines with great flexibility. Is possibility to transport the product from one line to another depending on the production needs. Moreover, the simplicity of the HMI interface lets to optimize production needs.
