The technology developed by ME Food Solutions allows to create classic cooling systems such as industrial cooling tunnels using cell/evaporator system or cell/cooler system with water cooling. In addition, it provides forced cooling systems using modern energy recuperators that provide significant energy savings and are ideal for all types of food. It also optimizes space and guarantees very high production standards.
Thus, the cooling chambers, as the size increases, can be equipped with:
- simple evaporative systems with direct expansion or with a water cooler/chiller.
- air purification systems and washable micro-vertical diffusers capable of high efficiency and significant savings, providing air filtration with HEPA filters and humidity control
