The products are transported by chain conveyor to a special freezing cell, which is designed depending on the final freezing temperature and product features. A system of compressors, condensers and evaporators guarantees inside the shock freezing tunnel the temperatures required for the freezing process. Rapid temperature reduction allows to maintain the quality, aroma and taste of all types of food.
Such a type of cold, as shock freezing, generates in food uniform formation of homogenous micro-crystals. They dissolve in the thawing phase without compromising the internal structure of the product, which retains all nutritional and organoleptic properties.
ME Food Solutions carefully examines the customer’s request and selects the most appropriate type of freezing starting with a product inlet temperature of + 90 ° C.
