Transfer unit DLT

ME Food Solutions manufactures food processing equipment that sometimes includes miles of conveyor belt. Special equipment must be used at the joints of individual conveyors to ensure a smooth and seamless transfer of the product from one conveyor to another.

ME Food Solutions has developed a transfer unit DLT. As a drive, it can be equipped with its own motor-reduction gear or driven by a chain transmission from the nearest conveyor.

The transfer unit DLT is driven by toothed wheels mounted on a transverse shaft inside the conveyor. All metal parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Plastic components are FDA certified and meet European quality standards.
